Bendalong Beach stretches between the villages of Bendalong and Manyana. The beach faces south-east and is a great place for taking the family and enjoying some bigger waves to go body boarding or play games on the sand. Beside the toilet block is a dedicated accessible parking bay. You can buy bait from the Bendalong Tourist Park to help attract the stingrays. Prawns were the only bait available on the day we visited and it was $8.50 a packet. As always, its important to respect the wildlife by keeping a safe distance and allowing them to move around you.

Review of Bendalong Beach. Reviewed 27 November 2016 via mobile. Stopped off at this beach on way back up to Sydney and absolutely loved seeing all the stingrays! They come up really close and some are huge! Still need to be very cautious around them obviously!
